Minnesota man dies in single-vehicle motorcycle crash on Highway 12 in Idaho County

According to a recent news release, Idaho State Police are investigating a single-vehicle crash occurring on Thursday at 6:05 p.m. on Highway 12, mile marker 106.9, in Idaho County.

The initial investigation indicates a rider was traveling eastbound on Highway 12 on a black 2023 Harley Davidson motorcycle when he went left-of-center and crashed off the westbound shoulder.

The rider was a 67-year-old male from Minnesota. The male succumbed to his injuries at the scene. It is unknown if a helmet was being worn at the time of the crash.

The next of kin have been notified, and the investigation is ongoing.
